Hi We're sorry you had to wait for delivery to be confirmed. We do have an option at point of ordering to select a delivery and we then followed up with a SMS and email once the order was processed, it appears you book in 24 hours after the order was placed. We're sorry the driver didn't show the positive can do attitude we expect, this will be fed back internally.

Excellent service and great quality

The process from order to delivery was very good, on time with no fuss. The delivery driver phoned ahead and when arrived unloaded the greenhouse in a convenient place.
