Summer house ordered - delivery date set - then had email to say it had been delivered - no it hadn’t - called the company to state it hadn’t arrived and that pictures sent where not my garden ...

Thanks for the review We're really sorry that delivery failed for the booked delivery date. However the driver noticed damage to the building and as part of QA did not deliver it. Our process did fail as we should have informed you of this and we apologise we didnt. We hope the summerhouse has been built and you enjoy for years to come

Not very good at all will never order again never. It turned up broken spoke to Custmer service they offerd £69 back cost me more to fix it and they said we’re doing this as a good jester very rude...
