Hi, I am very sorry for the issues that occurred with your delivery. I cannot see that we were made aware that it would need to be a small vehicle until the first delivery failed. If this was not passed on, I do apologise. From your notes I understand that you requested an afternoon delivery slot, this is not something we can accommodate, unfortunately.
