some of the panels was delivered cracked. screws of different sizes could have been packed separately, instead lumping all of them together. Sorting them takes 15mins.

Poor delivery communication

Delivery arranged twice for early morning 6am the first time7am the second but failed to show at that time on both occasions. 2pm notice the first time that delivery had been cancelled, 2nd time...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I can see your first deliver was re-scheduled as the driver had an accident which meant he was not able to carry on driving, I am very sorry about this. I can see a time slot of 10:55-12:55 was sent to the mobile number on the order, and the driver did deliver in this time on the second delivery.
