Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback. The website does state the driver will help as much as possible, but it is down to his discretion and the standard delivery is kerbside. It does not state the driver will take the building to the back garden. On the day, the driver did try both access points from the front and rear of the property, but both were down long alley ways that he could not carry the building down, and we were not informed of this beforehand. We would be more than happy to take a look at any damaged parts for you, please reply to the ticket I have raised on the customer portal.
