Be wary of advertised installation service

Hi, I am very sorry that the installation did not go as planned. I can see the EPDM roof could not be glued down on the original installation due to the rain and the adhesive is not affective on wet material. When the installers returned, they were under the impression that the previous installers had left the glue with you, I am sorry if this was not the case but can see we will return to glue the EPDM.

Hi Rich, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that your delivery was delayed, it does appear that the driver was ill, so the delivery had to be rescheduled. The specifications for the building are available on the website before you purchase the building. I can see you have filled out the anti-rot guarantee and a member of the team has offered some advice on how to better protect your building.
