Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that the experience was not as you expected. We do want to ensure your building has the best start, and this means making sure the base is perfect. I can see when you sent the images over initially, the base was not clear, so the installation team just wanted to make sure it was level. This is imperative to the build quality and lifespan of your new garden building. The building is designed with gaps towards the top of the gables to promote air flow. This helps to reduce moisture and therefore reduce mould in the building. The wood stain and protect is available to purchase with your building as it does need to be preserved and treated in order to protect the timber, and validate your anti-rot guarantee. We do offer a pre-paint service with this building; however, I cannot see this was purchased. I have checked over the proof of delivery on your order, and believe the building has been installed to the required standard. The collection date was agreed between you and a member of the team over the phone, this was then confirmed by text message and a confirmation message in the customer portal. If a different date was requested, we would have been more than happy to change this for you.
