Thank you for your feedback. After looking into your case further, it would seem the driver was asked to take the delivery to the back garden, as we are a kerbside delivery service, the driver could not do this. He also reported a large vehicle was parked on the drive, and he did not want to risk damage to either the vehicle or the building.
