Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered with your shed and for any inconvenience this has caused. We understand your frustration with the condition of the shed after just four months and the subsequent difficulties you've faced. It's clear that this experience has not met your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. Regarding the use of treatment products, we do recommend specific treatments to ensure the longevity and warranty of our sheds. Waltons do not manufacture treatments, though we do provide specific instructions on what qualities the preservative should have to best protect the building. From the images, the timber has simply shrunk, and will return to its normal state once it has taken on moisture.

Hi, We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and frustration you may have experienced with your recent purchase of the log cabin. After reviewing your initial request, we did offer you the option to upgrade to the log cabin with UPVC doors and widows for an additional cost. However, this was refused as it was not free of charge. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the pricing and expectations of the upgraded product. We regret any confusion that may have occurred during the purchase process. We appreciate your feedback regarding the customer service and will address this issue with our team to ensure better service in the future. We are pleased to hear that the driver who completed the delivery provided excellent service. I believe the building has now been installed, but if you did need anything else the customer support team are always happy to help!
