Poor communication throughout the whole process and even when I emailed in complaining about the service we'd received, no-one bothered to even acknowledge the complaint or try to contact me.

First I was told they were in stock when they were not. Then told they would be in on a later date,they were not.
My order was first placed on 3 June and they were delivered on 17 June !
