As discussed at the time of ordering the required product was not in stock. However we did supply you with a full pallet at no extra cost. As this was sent directly from the manufacturer there was a slight delay with the delivery, which you were made aware of at the time. Delivery from manufacturers is not a standard service that we offer as delivery can sometimes be out of our control.
We do hope that you will continue to use us again in the future.

The material I ordered was out of stock but I was phoned, the situation explained and I was offered a better quality and thicker product at no extra cost. Excellent service!
