A very unhappy customer as had to incur rather hefty return costs to ship unwanted items back to supplier via courier which left me greatly out of pocket. Would not purchase from this supplier again.

We will pay for return postage of any orders which have arrived damaged, late, or received incorrectly. Otherwise all returns are at customers cost as per our terms and conditions which you have accepted.

Generally good service.
I think the RMA process is a bit daft. Someone on the end of the phone for returns rather than the email system would be better I think.
