I am not a builder, but order placed online and *data removed by Feefo* delivered on the specified day and the driver was helpful in locating the product (4 bags). Would definitely use again.

If we are unable to deliver the requested products on your specified delivery date we will ask if you are able to take a superior product in its place, you would also of had the choice to wait for the ordered product to come into stock. I can see from our records that you agreed to take the replacement product. The replacement product will always be of the same or a superior specification.
We hope that you will use us again in the future.

The received product is provided with cutting guidelines in 400mm or 600mm widths which can be cut with a long serrated blade to the desired widths. These are only guidelines and if needed you can cut to the width that you require.
I can see from our records that we did reply to your RMA but we had no response from yourself. We will be glad to help if you are not happy with the product received.
