Thank you for your feedback. Having looked at the product description on this feedback we can see straight away that you ordered Shingle which is what was delivered. Also, we only offer kerbside delivery which you agreed to at time of placing the order. We are however sorry if you were not entirely happy with your experience of BSO but hope you will not be put off using us again one day.
