Sorry you missed the delivery date shown on our website, we do make it as clear as possible by both showing the delivery date next to the delivery method you select and also then confirming the delivery date again in your confirmation email. The Repair Kit you have ordered has a picture on the website showing exactly what it contains, and it also lists the contents in the product description. I'm sorry to hear you were underwhelmed but I'm struggling to understand why, given you received exactly what you ordered. The kit costs £11.99 but you selected an express delivery which brought your order total up to £20.98, standard delivery for just £2.99 was also available. Its a real shame to see that considering we advised you of the delivery date in two different ways and delivered exactly what was shown on our website both visually and descriptively, and something that worked when you've used it, that you've decided to leave us negative feedback. I'm not sure what we could have done to improve your ordering experience on this occasion.
