Hi Marcus, we shipped your order on Monday 2nd June as requested on an overnight service with DHL, unfortunately they believe they have lost this. When you contacted us on a week later on 9th June to say you had not yet received the bulb and wanted a refund, we processed that for you and it should now be showing in your account. If it isn't, please email customer.services@bradshawsdirect.co.uk so we can confirm the account it has been refunded to.
Sometimes things go wrong with the couriers, though thankfully it is rare. We don't know if you haven't received something unless you tell us, and if your next day delivery fails and there is a problem with the couriers we will always resend it for you from our warehouse. However as you requested a refund instead this was processed right away for you. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
