Excellent product, service and price

Locking system is less than good quality system. cheaper ladders have good system that are easy to operate.

Good product. Only issue is that trap door doesn't stay open when trying to access platform. It would make life easier if the cord attached to platform and trap door was a little longer.

This is an excellent ladder and the rope operated feature makes it much easier to extend than my standard extension ladder.
