Non service, disappointed

Shocking level of non-service. Product arrived damaged, photos were taken and sent to BPS who have yet to acknowledge the concern.

Still no resolution forthcoming from BPS. Tends to strengthen the non responsiveness from BPS. They obviously do not value customer service. BPS have your courier deliver a replacement ladder and collect this broken unit. What poor service. I am significantly disappointed and certainly will not recommend BPS to anyone.

Amazingly, still no contact with the aim of resolving the problem. I do feel somewhat disappointed with the shocking level of service.
