Carly was excellent in responding to my messages to BPS following the review . We consulted about whether the ladder was useable or not. We established the issues were related to delivery and not related to the quality of the product. The product was replaced quickly and arrangements made for the damaged product to be returned. Very frustrating communication with the delivery company but Carly stepped in to help. Thank you.
