I'm really sorry that you feel you've not received games quickly.
We send all of our games via 1st class Royal Mail delivery. The current delivery times for this as quoted by Royal Mail are 1-3 days.
I can see from reviewing your rental history that when we receive your games we despatch your next game the same day. Once we send the games out it is in the hands of Royal Mail and I would hope that you are receiving your rental within the quoted timescale. This also applys when games are sent back to us from customers.
