I'm really sorry if you feel you've not been sent the games you wanted or New Release titles.

The steps we advise all of our customers to take to put themselves in the best position to receive new release games for despatch are set your rental preferences to Top Choice, this way the system will only send out the number 1 game from your list. Have a free rental slot for at least 4 days before the game despatches and remember we always send out new release games the day before their street release date. If you follow these steps then you will be in a very strong position come release time.

Regarding games you don't remember adding being sent. I've reviewed your request list that has over 100 games added to it, along with this your rental preferences are set to fast meaning the system will send out any game that is in stock which is why your probably getting games further down your list you don't remember requesting. We only send games from the customers lists which you would have to add yourself.

I'm really sorry to hear you feel you've not been receiving new release titles. The way I advise all customer on the priority service to put themselves in the best position to receive a new release is to first set your rental preferences to Top Choice. This way the system will only send out the number 1 game in your list. Currently your rental preferences are set to Top 3 meaning anything from the top 3 could be sent.

The new release should be set to the number one slot in your list and you should aim to have a free slot for at least 4 days before to put yourself in the best position. We always despatch new release games the day before their street release date.

We are making improvements to our site constantly and our service and w will be launching new ways for payback points to be used on the site.

I'm sorry firstly if you've not been receiving any response to emails you've sent. We aim to have a response to you within 48 hours. I've searched our archive and I've only found 2 emails from you. If you would like urgent contact I would suggest emailing customersupport@boomerangrentals.co.uk.

With older console titles such as PS3 and Xbox 360 we may not have as many of them in circleation compared with newer titles on current consoles. We always advise to have no more than 4 red title games in your list to maintain a faster service and any time you are left waiting you are receiving payback points.
