Looking at your Account I can see that for the New Releases at the time that you we're interested, you we're usually allocated copies of New Releases for Launch!
With New Releases, we do advice having a Rental Slot free for a number of days before release for the best chance at recieving a copy. Our system will allocate games to customers who have had the availability the longest first so essentially the longer you have had a slot for, the better your position will be.
On the odd occasion when you we’re not allocated a New Release for Launch, your previous rental had arrived back on the day of the release which meant that you just missed out on a copy being allocated.
They we're allocated shortly afterwards though, often the next day!
