Hi, really sorry about the delivery service, I just checked your invoice from January and we paid for a two man room of choice service with Expect Distribution and I will be discussing it with them, as clearly their delivery team haven't provided the service promised. We try to make the images as accurate as possible on line and offer many fabric choices and we aim to have images of all bases and the different fabrics options they are available in in future.
