Just be consistent and treat people fairly with regard to inflation etc.
Service good, I prefer a stable rather than wildly fluctuating quote which can occur after initial year. Unjustifiable increases cause me to start shopping around.

Just log in and select 'Policy documents' from the left-hand side of the main page and then choose 'Change document preference' to get started. You'll then be able to select future documents by post.
