I can see your order was delivered yesterday this was within the 5-10 working day time frame which we advise for international delivery,
I am really sorry to hear you are unhappy about the customs charges,
The website does state that for any orders outside of the UK the customer is responsible for the customs charges, my apologies if this was missed,
