We apologise for this. We stat on our standard delivery service that you will receive a booking call to let you know what day your unit will arrive. Unfortunately we can't always guarantee a time but it should always be between 8am and 6pm. We are investigating this now to make sure this doesn't happen in the future but we thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD
All was 100% good until I had a problem with the appliance (door seal gone after 2 months) and then they didnt want to know!!! Wont use them again because, to me, customer service is very important.

Hello,

I am very sorry that you feel your issue has been overlooked. As we mentioned when we contacted you these units do not have door seals but rather draft strips to keep the bottle coolers air tight. You would need a new door to solve the problem. We have mentioned that we have no issue with supplying you a new door under warranty but you would need to contact us back to get this arranged.

I was never offered a replacement door! I was asked to send a photo of the door, which I did, and I never heard from you again, even though I sent a follow up email. I would be happy to accept a replacement door.
