We are really sorry you have had a poor experience with the light that you purchased. However, it is incorrect to say that we only have telephone contact via answer phone only, this is true out of hours but between 9am and 4pm Monday - Friday there is both Live Chat support and also telephone support 0115 8240259. If your light fitting is faulty please contact us for a returns number and we will either credit you the cost in full or provide a replacement at our own cost. Kind Regards Martin Randall
