Hi  Thank you for your feedback! For a bit of context to our vet check our end, it is a legal requirement for us to check prescriptions thoroughly before dispensing anything. I can understand that this might be frustrating but we would legally not be able to dispense without these checks. If there is an active prescription on your account then a two wait isn't necessary as you simply click re-order on your active prescription to draw down from there or select from active prescriptions at the check-out.
