You ordered online a 6 month protection pack of Frontline (3 pipettes) and Drontal worming tablets when you believed you had ordered 6 pipettes of Frontline. To address this I have offered to send you an additional 3 pipettes if you return the Drontal tablets. Unfortunately and despite my attempts we have not spoken. Having talked to the team I believe you intended to order a pack of 6 frontline pipettes when you actually ordered and paid for a 6 month pack of frontline and Drontal tablets which contain 3 pipettes. I have offered to send you the additional pipettes if you return the Drontal tablets (which we will dispose off).
