I did not receive 3 of my items and I also received a item I did not order, I had to go to the post office to send the item back that I didn't order then email proof of postage to receive my items...

I can see that you contacted our Customer Service team who arranged for the missing items to be re-delivered to you and a refund for the item that was out of stock.
High quality swimwear-long lasting and lovely mix of colors and styles. I would recommend their swim goggles as they out last any other brands and are a very good
fit.
I returned my swimwear over a week ago, but have not received an email to confirm that it has been received and when to expect a refund

Item ordered and paid for on 23rd Feb but still not arrived. Chased Hermes several times but they don’t seem to care... awful service and so dissatisfied
