Hi I have checked your order and it was despatched on time. The Royal Mail have had huge backlogs due to weather which have now cleared.
We are of course sorry that your item was delayed but as you chose the second class Royal Mail service then this is one that takes the longest to be cleared in any Royal Mail backlog. We will send you the proof of posting but please let us know if you have any questions. We are pleased you like the product and hope to see you again soon!
Website said delivery next day if you select expensive courier option. Item came 4 days later.
Happy with quality of the items but very dissatisfied with the service.

Sorry to hear that. Upon checking your order, you ordered after out cut off. I can see it was delivered early (on Monday)even though you selected delivery for Tuesday as per your order confirmation. I am sorry you misunderstood. To receive the item on a weekend please select Saturday or Sunday delivery.
