Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Golf nuovo arrivato in tempo per il freddo!

Tutto bene ma la consegna era un po' in ritardo. Per Europa diceva 5-6gg lavorativi e invece ci ha messo 8. Comunque non è un grosso problema.

Thank you for responding to my feedback. I do appreciate that you took the time. It was my fault for choosing the wrong size as I didn't follow the sizing guide but went by what I have bought on earlier occasions, when the garments have fitted well

Creases

cardigan very creased and I spent ages steam pressing out creases. If the cardigan was rolled for couriering it would not be so creased. I love the garment now that the creases have gone!

We do take care when packing customers orders and usually they arrive without problems from here in the UK. I think possibly your garment has got a bit squashed in transit causing the creases.
