Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The service has changed also The nice easy way to just stick the provided labels on the return/exchange package no longer exist. It was a nice and classy touch. Now you have to look it up, print it and find a tape to attache the label.
