Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found this was unclear. When you select your delivery country we do state "Pay import duties and taxes at checkout for a guaranteed price", so we do give our customers the option to pay this upfront. Unfortunately we have no control over who gets charged custom fees and is usually charged at random. I would recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
