Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on Friday 30th of March which is a bank holiday. No couriers work on Bank Holidays not even the Royal mail. The next available shipping day was Easter Monday again this was a bank holiday and therefore we could not ship your order. We shipped your order out on Tuesday and it was delivered the next working day on Wednesday. We do have a count down timer on the website stating when your order will be delivered and there is also a note at checkout stating your delivery date. We are working very hard to try and make this more clearer for customers. We are sorry for the confusion. With regards to the worms you ordered 40g of Medium Dendrobaenas, our worms weigh on average between 1.2 and 1.4 grams so in the packet there should have been between 25 and 30 worms. We will send another packet out free of charge on Monday for you to make up for any inconvenience.
