Hi,Sorry you are not happy with the condition of your bait, the weather wasn't that hot either so I am not sure why unless they were kept in a warm van on delivery. Please can you get in touch so we can try and sort some form of compensation as obviously this is not how we expect you to receive bait from us. Many thanks, Willy Worms

Hi Duncan, thank you for your feedback. I am pleased your order arrived in good time :) I am sorry you are disappointed in the delivery charge. I can assure you it is their charges not ours. We try to make the prices as competitive as possible. We send all our royal mail items on a tracked 24 hour service which is more pricey than a 1st class standard service as we want to make sure your orders get there in good time especially if they carry live bait. Hopefully if the volumes increase we will get a more competitive price and we will honour this to our customers. We hope you enjoy your worms and have a great time fishing.
