Hello Charles, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did not receive enough space around your vehicle to exit comfortably. Even on particularly busy sailings customers should still be parked in a space that allows them to comfortably exit their vehicle and I do apologise that this was not your experience on this occasion. Disappointing on this occasion.
Very disappointed the boat didn’t wait 2 minutes for connecting train at Pier head. Had to wait an hour for next connection.

Hello Karen, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were unable to board your planned sailing due to your train arriving late. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to wait for a delayed train due to connections on both sides of the Solent, as delaying our sailing could result in customers missing an onward connection at Portsmouth Harbour.
