Hello Shirley, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the cost of your journey. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Poor customer service. hard leave ferry as a foot passenger with a pushchair

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience of travelling with us. I am sorry that you found it difficult to disembark the ferry with a pushchair. Unfortunately as passenger disembark via the vehicle deck on our Portsmouth - Fishbourne service, passengers do need to navigate between vehicles to make their way to the front of the ferry to disembark before vehicles, which I appreciate can be difficult or not possible with a pushchair as some vehicles may need to disembark the ferry first to provide a clear route to disembark. I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.
