We are sorry that the item you ordered was not as expected, the Knightsbridge is an 80% wool jacket that we sell as an all year round jacket, we do have 100% wool ones such as the Isobel which would be warmer. If it is a Winter waterproof and windproof jacket that you are looking for, we would recommend the Odette. The courier that we use charges the AB41 postcode area as Highlands & Isles as it is a 2 day service to deliver to you, we are looking at alternative ways to send to these areas where extra costs are not charged, on this occasion though we did happily refund the postage fee as a gesture of goodwill.
