Your order was received after cut off on Friday 2nd February. The package was sent on Monday 5th and received on Wednesday 7th, in line with delivery of tracked 48 hour service with Royal Mail.
Our website clearly states that we do not ship at weekends.
We are sorry that you were not happy with the service. A tracked 24 hour service is also available via the website.
