Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service and have passed your comments onto the file handler and team manager. In terms of file handling, we work with the initial stages of the claim where a file handler will deal with the claim and then this file passes on to our repair management team who work with the repairers and our insured to handle the management of the repairs. Our underwriters, Allianz, are responsible for authorising the estimates from our approved repairers and thereby settling the account. Allianz will carry out independent assessments from time to time as part of their processes, this is not always the case, and in most cases estimates are authorised within 24 hours of receipt. We will also feedback your comments to our underwriters to continually improve our service.
