Easy to book a ferry crossing and accommodation. Good choice of accommodation. Initially we were not given the option for which crossing in a day we wanted to travel on.

Thanks you for sharing your feedback, and for your time on the phone this morning.
I've spoken to the hotel and they explained one of the wedding group cancelled a room which should have been blocked off their system. We booked this room before it was blocked out and the hotel honoured the booking. The hotel should have made you aware the wedding was taking place and failed to pass on the information.
They said the discrepancy in the hotel payment was relating to VAT and taxes not being applied to the invoice, which again was an error on their part.
As discussed, the hotel has offered a gesture in recognition for the inconvenience caused.
