The renewal process was straightforward and easy to do.i have been with vetsmedicover since we got out puppy/dog and have peace of mind with the cover they offer.

Easy to speak to on the phone. Reasonable price. Paid claims with no problems. Message to keep up date on the claim and advised when paid.
