We can confirm that your renewal invitation was sent to you 21 days prior to your policy documents when your policy renewed with us.
This will be labelled as renewal invitation in the subject line and was sent to the same email address we have on record. It may be that it has landed in your junk folder for some reason however we can confirm it was sent to you.
