Our customer care team have fully investigated this and advised that the Vaillant engineer provided the options available to you, due to the poor water quality in the system, which is not an issue with the boiler itself. We understand that the engineer replaced the expansion vessel with no additional charge, and it was recommended that your installer or a 3rd party engineer return to cleanse the system, as this is heating system related and not in relation to the boiler.
