Thanks for giving us another try and for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the postage was slow and that your Nespresso Mini struggled with the pods. That’s definitely frustrating, especially when you’ve had the same issue more than once. Our pods can sometimes extract a little differently, so we usually recommend using the short shot setting and making sure the machine has been recently descaled. That said, we’ve reached out directly so we can help look into this properly for you. ☕❤️-Ivan
