Really sorry to hear that you have had problems with your Turtle Mat and in resolving the problem with us. I have checked back through our records since you received your order and it looks like our customer service team had not passed this on to us here at head office to help you with. I will be following up with them to stress the importance that queries like yours are passed on and apologise that yours was not. With regard to the stickiness you have experienced, this is very unusual and it would sound like a fault in the mat.
