Glad to hear you were happy with the service you received from us, but disappointed to hear that the Bath mat was not quite right. I'm not sure whether the colour was not as you were hoping or if there is some problem with the colour - if you'd like to send images of it over to me at info@turtlemat.co.uk I can determine whether this is a fault in the colouring and we can organise a replacement. We are happy to receive unwanted items back for a refund within 28 days as long as the product is not used. Best wishes, Becca Rebecca Wilson

Thank-you for your reply. I was replacing my old bath turtle mat which had seen better days. The colour around the edge is not right. I will try and get my daughter to send photos as I can't do that. I was so pleased with my last one.

Sorry to hear that it's not quite the same as your previous Bath Turtle Mat. It sounds like it could be a variation in the colour, which as they are cotton topped mats can sometimes happen in the colouring process but please do send through photos if you can as this will determine if it's a fault and then we can look to organise an exchange or refund for you accordingly.
