I am sorry to read of your disappointment with our service but I have to say that I am surprised by your comments. We are very proud of the high ratings that we receive as this is the main reason that our customers continue to book with us and we are confident that we will always provide our customers with the best standard of accommodation at the best price. We always confirm that our customers are happy with the holiday that we are offering before we ask for a deposit. I have reviewed your booking and can see that what we have booked is an amazing deal with a beautiful standard of villa. I am confident that the package that we have offered is at the best price, however I would be happy to look at the quote that you have been given to see if we can offer a like for like alternative. Villa was tired and could have been cleaner. Sockets in bathrooms and utility room not working. No plug for ensuite basin. Due to volume of traffic it was at least 45min to parks.

All feedback is always appreciated, I am sorry if you had any issues with your Villa, while we do not anticipate any problems, we do have an office in Orlando who would have arranged for these matters to be resolved immediately had they of been aware. Unfortunately they may not have been able to do anything about the traffic, but they may have been able to suggest an alternative route.
