Our Team is delighted to learn that you took great pleasure in discovering the beauties of Australia. This guided vacation is part of our Leisure trip style which gives you more free time and consequently less inclusions. But if more scheduled group activities is what you are looking for, then we consider that our 'Country Explorer' or 'Regional Explorer' trips style would be more suitable for you.

Truly saddening to read that something like this would happen to you while on vacation with us. Please accept our deepest regrets for the incident, but know that never would any of our Travel Directors knowingly place any of our guests at harms length. Any activity that we advertise as part of our guided holidays on our website and brochure take place, and if they don't, it is due to exceptionally unforeseen circumstances to which we then do whatever possible to make it up to our guests. It is our hope that you still were able to enjoy all the amazing sights on our trip, like the Torres Del Paine National Park in Chile with fantastic views of mountains and nature, and thank you for having joined us.
