Thank you for your feedback, Diane. We agree - one of the best parts about a coach tour through Japan is being able to see the wonderful countryside. In regards to your other comments, we will definitely take these on board and use them to improve our tours for future travellers. In regards to tour numbers, our maximum group size is 45, which is an average number for most coach tour operators. However, as we do understand that some travellers would prefer a smaller group size, we also offer specialised small group tours as part of our portfolio. In regards to seeing sumo wrestling and bonsai, the itinerary you were booked on does not state that any of these things were included. In regards to seeing snow on Mount Fuji, at the time of travel, most of the snow would have melted as it was the end of summer. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts.
